What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?

Insightly is how I keep track of all the initiatives we have in the works right now. The management of our company's 5,000+ open positions is a major challenge. Insightly makes it easy for us to keep track of all the moving parts, which would otherwise be difficult to do in a secure manner given the project's multi-stage nature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my experience using Insightly, I haven't run into any serious issues. We used to utilize a strange CRM that was built out of sheets and required us to constantly switch between windows. Using Insightly, we can have all of our data in one place, neatly organized in custom fields. In my opinion, the project page may benefit from more fields in which to provide pertinent data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In most cases, the newly opened Org or Project tab doesn't take up more than half of my screen following a search. I can't figure out how to make the page larger. For some reason, the columns on the Relate and Activity tabs don't remember my saved column width. Every time I use it, I have to resize it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As was previously said, Insightly is a fantastic customer relationship management system designed for use by businesses who wish to efficiently arrange their tasks. Two years ago, we made the switch to Insightly and now we can monitor the status of all of our projects, view their schedules, and generate fresh reports.

It is designed to assist businesses of all sizes to align and manage their projects, sales, and marketing effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the best tool to engage with consumers and make data-driven, well-informed marketing decisions. It helps to develop long-lasting relationships with consumers and helps to grow business faster. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. It allows you to create email templates, shareable dashboards, consumer journeys, and consumer newsletters. It enables you to develop dynamic lists and provides beautiful templates to create attractive drag-and-drop email campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free version is not available. Users with zero knowledge and no experience of CRM software will face difficulty to use Insightly Marketing. So, it has a steep curve of learning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It comes with an API and allows businesses to incorporate the platform with numerous third-party solutions such as Microsoft Office 365, Zoom Webinar, and Google G-Suite. It uses two-factor authentication and thus, secures user experience. It enables group members to conduct A/B testing to determine high-performing marketing campaigns. It helps you generate more leads and enhances the performance of business operations. It provides detailed insight into the whole consumer journey. It empowers marketers to create effective campaigns without taking any outside help.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?

A cloud-based solution for marketing, sales and projects. It has an easy UI and provides low barrier of entry for newbies. Its helps in organizing and managing tasks when the customer moves through sales process. It gives pipeline view of the processes which make it easy to track. It has functionality to allow notifications and set up reminders. Its android application is very user friendly and efficient. It allows out-of-the-box integration with many office tools and Google apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It increases the overall work efficiency. Data accuracy and time saving provides more time to concentrate on customer’s needs and more time to deal with the company customers which in turn provides good customer experience and better customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its target audience is just smaller businesses however it is equally good for large scale businesses too. It does not provide functionality to grant or limit access of a certain user according to his role thus allowing those users to access more or less than needed. It has an outdated design that needs updates. Its calendar has bug and it does not schedule the tasks correctly outside of Insightly. Its initial setup is a bit difficult and time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its low price makes it best choice for small and medium business setups. I would be happy to suggest it to everyone.
