What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?

As a result of my position, I am not able to solve any difficulties within CRM. Insightly is a project management application that I use on a daily basis. When it comes to budgeting, my company's account managers have noted that since utilizing Insightly, they are able to focus on more specifics than they were able to with our prior CRM software. As a result of the pandemic, it has proven to be one of the most effective tools for my business. It's a great way to keep track of your consumers and connect with them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A fantastic innovation, indeed! Our sales skyrocketed as a result. The company's customer service is outstanding. It's a great tool for building and maintaining connections with clients. As a result, we are able to provide better advice by involving stakeholders and have greater learning experiences as a result of this technology. A user-friendly layout with numerous options for navigating to the many functions is available on the site. It's most effective for Google's brains. If we're traveling, we'll utilize the Insightly mobile app, which is typically compatible with iOS. You may also upload meeting recordings!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no aesthetic appeal to the project layout, unlike comparable project management platforms such as Trello. Additionally, I wish the design was more current. Syncing your email account (we use Gsuite) with Insightly is possible, however, we decided against it because the email address it syncs to doesn't seem very professional.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite the fact that Insightly CRM is one of the best products in its category, it may not be the best choice for small businesses due to its high price and limited features. It is possible to place small, medium, and big enterprises in an acceptable opinion within the digital market using the powerful reporting and analytical engine of this platform While observing the effectiveness of the campaigns, which indicate what works and what doesn't, the knowledge, advertising, and campaigns may accomplish their goals.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?

Through this we can grow our business very faster provide us long lasting relationship with our customer. Insightly is itself a very reliable tool which allows the user to gain the most of the advantage with its easy to use features and efficient tools. It is super responsive when dealing with the customer. It reach to our customer at right time with the right message to build our personalized brand experiences. It tracks the most relevant lead information, including a rich activity timeline of marketing campaign source, emails, meetings, tasks etc. It is very much innovative and creative tool which very useful to us in nowadays.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being a best marketing and management and all this possible with insightly which very useful like through this we can send email alert, create or update records, generate tasks for other when opportunities are won. By few click we can create and send emails with insightly and also we can send bulk emails to a list of contacts or leads with ease. It also notify us when emails are opened and it is powerfull and easy to use for everyone. provide us best leads which really want to do business with us that type of customer provided in leads. In this there is no chance of getting lost or damaged of data give us great privacy and security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In this nothing much but they can improve there graphical function in future updates other than no issue we get.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to managed your time easily in just minutes it can possible by this. It will help you to track progress when passing off to other team members, too. In sense insightly bring all of the record keeping together and puts in one simple platform which very helpful to you. It provide you best lead which you can deal easily. By this you can manage all your work very easy and save much time it will feels you like no workload. It will provide you all notification of your work in advance so you wil be well prepared. So it is much usefull and helpful for everyone in business use so we will say everyone should prefer.
