What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Insightly has been helpful in helping us market to and manage our database of prospective students. Because using Insightly, we are now able to advertise to a larger pool of qualified individuals than ever before and to conduct our recruitment efforts more efficiently than ever. Thanks to Insightly, we've been able to network with current staff members to get in touch with prospective students and teachers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For companies with a more conventional approach to sales, Insightly can be an invaluable marketing tool. It was probably too polished for our needs in an industry that relies so heavily on personal interaction to have been designed for a college admissions office. Although our institution has over 50 workers, only 7 used Insightly because of its narrow focus on admissions and marketing. However, Insightly would be highly valuable in a larger organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Strategic scheduling of follow-up emails allows for the seamless integration of feedback from several sources. The ability to receive confirmation that an email has been sent, regardless of who actually sent it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since Insightly helped us to personalize messages and plan mailings without the participation of each staff member, we were able to spend less effort on outreach overall. Since the messages were tailored to each individual and distributed at irregular times, no one would suspect that they were pre-recorded.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Insightly is how I keep track of all the initiatives we have in the works right now. The management of our company's 5,000+ open positions is a major challenge. Insightly makes it easy for us to keep track of all the moving parts, which would otherwise be difficult to do in a secure manner given the project's multi-stage nature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my experience using Insightly, I haven't run into any serious issues. We used to utilize a strange CRM that was built out of sheets and required us to constantly switch between windows. Using Insightly, we can have all of our data in one place, neatly organized in custom fields. In my opinion, the project page may benefit from more fields in which to provide pertinent data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In most cases, the newly opened Org or Project tab doesn't take up more than half of my screen following a search. I can't figure out how to make the page larger. For some reason, the columns on the Relate and Activity tabs don't remember my saved column width. Every time I use it, I have to resize it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As was previously said, Insightly is a fantastic customer relationship management system designed for use by businesses who wish to efficiently arrange their tasks. Two years ago, we made the switch to Insightly and now we can monitor the status of all of our projects, view their schedules, and generate fresh reports.

Amazing CRM for

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
As a result of my position, I am not able to solve any difficulties within CRM. Insightly is a project management application that I use on a daily basis. When it comes to budgeting, my company's account managers have noted that since utilizing Insightly, they are able to focus on more specifics than they were able to with our prior CRM software. As a result of the pandemic, it has proven to be one of the most effective tools for my business. It's a great way to keep track of your consumers and connect with them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A fantastic innovation, indeed! Our sales skyrocketed as a result. The company's customer service is outstanding. It's a great tool for building and maintaining connections with clients. As a result, we are able to provide better advice by involving stakeholders and have greater learning experiences as a result of this technology. A user-friendly layout with numerous options for navigating to the many functions is available on the site. It's most effective for Google's brains. If we're traveling, we'll utilize the Insightly mobile app, which is typically compatible with iOS. You may also upload meeting recordings!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no aesthetic appeal to the project layout, unlike comparable project management platforms such as Trello. Additionally, I wish the design was more current. Syncing your email account (we use Gsuite) with Insightly is possible, however, we decided against it because the email address it syncs to doesn't seem very professional.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Despite the fact that Insightly CRM is one of the best products in its category, it may not be the best choice for small businesses due to its high price and limited features. It is possible to place small, medium, and big enterprises in an acceptable opinion within the digital market using the powerful reporting and analytical engine of this platform While observing the effectiveness of the campaigns, which indicate what works and what doesn't, the knowledge, advertising, and campaigns may accomplish their goals.
