What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has given us great features that help us gather ideas from our employees, customers and partners, it also makes it easy to incorporate specialized programs that enable innovation of future projects and ideas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have not had any problems with this platform, because it is software that allows us to implement and test different ideas. It also provides us with an intuitive interface and is easy to navigate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend this tool because it provides and offers us specific information on cost savings and revenue generation. Through this platform we can collect, develop and organize all our ideas.

The Ideawake team was incredibly helpful in terms of both strategy and support and they really took the time to understand what makes our industry tick and catered their solution to our needs. It is extremely efficient and fun way to engage teams in the innovation process.
