We've only used an in house solution before so many of the features are new and welcome additions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is clean and inviting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the configuration options are buried in the settings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Review all of the documentation and take advantage of free tutorials.

Great for fresh new businesses. Easy to use

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
It has its tricky moments, but there is more guidance and support available. Also, there are less steps in processing than with Salesforce.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The inbound focus on marketing is better for pulling in new leads and making clients out of them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limitations on customizing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is great if you are just starting with a newly developed business. It makes it easy.
