What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

As an inbound sales organization, our company depends on HubSpot for many of our activities, across the whole organization. It solves the matter of having multiple software system programs by consolidating all of them into one. My marketing team uses HubSpot to nurture and track inbound leads and so push them to the sales team. It’s nice as a result of it helps us have everything together, therefore growing our business. I might positively suggest HubSpot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can transfer necessary info to all of my contacts at once, however, the emails don’t seem to be “group” emails. Each person gets a personal email so they are not having to stress about sending a response to two hundred people. The emails seem like they’re only to that particular person, making them feel like they are important. (Not that they aren’t important by any means) It simply makes it additional personal. This can be one of the foremost valuable tools I use, and I use it each DAY!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There extremely isn’t much I don’t like. It’s straightforward to use, very useful and there are numerous different ways that you just will use it. I can’t consider something negative about the program at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The customization and simple automation. You’ll extremely personalize HubSpot to suit your workflows. It’s versatile and the fact that it doesn’t need an admin to run it is great! The sole reason I didn’t put a ten is I want the coverage feature to be a little lackluster as compared to different software systems I’ve used (i.e. Salesforce), however, it gets the task done! Would 100 percent suggest Hubspot CRM! The automation is simple to make yourself and the customization is amazing. Impressed.

Customer service is apathetic, rude, and responds with a mocking tone to customers over the phone. They are also slow to respond and unhelpful over email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product has some great features for email marketing and marketing automation. The downside to consider is that customer service will not provide any real support.

It is simple, easy and user-friendly platform. Users’ do not need to learn to operate it. The functionalities, graphic user interface and layout is flexible and reliable. It gives users’ certificates if they are learning from this platform. One unique feature this platform contains the automatic recording option for the users’. This benefits the users’ greatly because every time they want the recordings of their purchases and work. It offers them ease to have information and recordings all at once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows users’ to have all the information of their clients’ including their phone number, address and name. It allows them to manage sales and marketing development and processes. It allows users’ to register with other sites like Facebook and Gmail. Users’ can check the task status of work or project by just going online.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The blocking feature of this platform does not perform the actual work. It does not viewing work rather it prevents them from interacting. Many of the emails fall under the folder of spam and users’ have no idea about them. The cost of this platform is slightly higher than other applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The blocking feature should be improved and it should meet the users’ requirements. The support system should response frequently. The email notifications should be fast. The cost should be a little low for user convenience.
