What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
In my opinion, no one has made the management of marketing automation more easy to use with the least amount of technical training needed than HubSpot. There will always be more customization and things you can't make platforms like these do that are highly specific to your unique business needs, but I think this platform does the best job of accommodating the broadest requirements.

Democratizing the process of automating your marketing tasks

There's always more customization and user-sharing capabilities that I would like

Go for it. It streamlines your processes and allows many people across the organization to collaborate on Marketing pieces.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
I have worked on Mail Chimp and HubSpot offers a lot more than most email marketing tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The design process is extremely user-friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Implementing new templates can be a lengthy process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely use the A/B Testing features for emails.

Really integrated, lots of tools within the hub

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
It is more integrated which makes reporting a lot easier as its all in the hub.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the spam testing is in the platform instead of using other elements and plain text is created automatically and not manual.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think that it is so big it can be quite daunting sometimes, I don't think I use as much as I could.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
