What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot has been an incredible resource in helping us scale our marketing efforts. Not only is the system easy to use, but the level of reporting is also advantageous. From MQL and SQL to Sales, our data points are connected through a series of integrations, allowing our funnel to run smoothly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how all the analytics, reports, automation, and dashboards are in one place. In my experience, small businesses often struggle to make informed decisions due to lack of tracking and tools. As a result, all of your measurements and dashboards are created manually, which can be time-consuming and error-prone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For some smaller businesses, price is the only real drawback. Some teams have to search for free or unused marketing materials because their budgets are so tight. That said, the value of the marketing center is undeniable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can streamline the process of tracking, analyzing, and making strategic decisions based on consumer behavior by connecting all my marketing resources in one place using Hubspot Marketing Hub. Additionally, it serves as a conduit for all my marketing efforts to reach the sales force.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

I think many of us in marketing consider HubSpot "the OG" marketing hub. You really can do SO much all in one platform, which is its biggest draw for me as an end-user/auditor. Owing to this, it makes cross-functional teams' lives so much easier. I can work on various projects for different departments all in one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's overall ease-of-use, however, this is sometimes impeded by the unengaging user interface. The more customizations you have, the more confusing everything gets. It's not the best at neatly (or intuitively) organizing information, especially on complex customer accounts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a lot of customization to be had in HubSpot, but I feel like the customization features just aren't there. Really disappointed in the features for email marketing in particular. Because of this, I use an entirely different product for email marketing campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're thinking to use this solely for email marketing, get a niche tool for that. If you need this to function as a CRM *and* marketing platform at the same time, in addition to maybe even several other projects like managing teams, contractors, etc. -- then this could really work well for you.
