What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

The ability to have everything in one place. HubSpot offers not just an email marketing tool but also a CRM, landing pages, sales tools, and more. It is an incredibly robust platform filled with many options and opportunities. Unfortunately, you need a lot of time to implement these to really take advantage of it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its user-friendly interface. I mean, the email marketing tool is easy to use on a basic level but it can get complicated if more complex deliverables are expected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time it takes to implement this if you are transitioning from a different platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this if you have someone dedicated to managing this tool so they can take advantage of everything HubSpot has to offer. It requires time and energy to make this worth it and if you are a small business owner handling many tasks, HubSpot might not be the best solution for you as you won't have the time to work on it and you may end up wasting your time and money on it.
