What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

The most influential feature of HubSpot is it’s all-roundedness. It is very helpful especially for small scale businesses. The price is worth paying for the features that it has to offer. More content can be conveyed to a larger audience which was previously difficult.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation carries more than half of the work load. Customer support service is just awesome. Chat support is specifically very helpful. By inserting links, images (screenshots for example) problems can be addressed very quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

HubSpot has so much to offer that I hardly have any complaints. Only if it was possible to personalize the rules for managing the duplicate contacts. At times, some features may not seem to be useful to upgrade them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot academy aids a lot in learning automation related to marketing. Workflows are pretty simple to use and easy to understand. HubSpot is a definite tool to be used for converting a contact into sales opportunity. A 5/5 recommendation.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

The fact it is both a great sales AND marketing tool in one, meaning data between these two can be centralized. Reporting is therefore more reliable and consistent between these two teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflows and how easy it is to build these out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's a lot to do when it comes to implementation. Also, no contact tags feature is hard to get my head around at first after using tools like MailChimp and ActiveCampaign in the past (where tags are used a lot).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be ready for a busy period getting things implemented at first
