Comprehensive but less intuitive

Developer friendly well structured data modeling Easily integrates with other tool Detailed api at no extra cost In-depth Multichannel Support
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Inbuilt Powerful dashboard builders Ability to add custom fields and custom validation. Filtered view, custom screens and fined grained access control
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometime slow to switch screens. Not very intuitive to use a lot of technicalities in configuration. e.g no dedicated marketing contact management etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great if you have a set marketing function, not a great value proposition for first-time users or very small/tiny marketing team.
