What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot provides an all-in-one solution that supports the marketing automation needs for most marketing initiatives. While the breadth of features is large, some lack depth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features we use most heavily are those that HubSpot really excels - email marketing, segmentation, marketing campaign management, and advanced workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've received a number of requests recently for support for SMS / text messaging. This currently is not natively available within HubSpot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider both your immediate needs and anticipated needs in the next 12 months. Think of your exact use cases and test HubSpot's ability to support those needs -- ex: we need to have a form on our website to gather newsletter sign ups, send an email on sign up, then auto-enroll new signups into a welcome flow followed by a standard flow for all registrants, and segment click through rate by time passed since sign up and role/title of contact.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

We were able to reach our goal for the semester in less time than we imagined thanks to the marketing powerhouse that is HubSpot. Thanks to its integration with SalesForce, HubSpot became our main weapon for digital marketing by making our business development and sales departments come out on top in the market. We were able to improve in many areas thanks to the exponential use of HubSpot, areas such as lead management, mass emails, employee scoring, job flow and ads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HubSpot is an excellent all-in-one software, it has allowed us to have almost 100% functionality in any marketing guideline. It is very intuitive and easy to use, has an amazing interface and is one of the most stable MAP software on the market today. We can enhance many ads through HubSpot to reach a much larger audience by advertising the same campaign on several communication channels at the same time and evaluating the performance in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Compared to SalesForce, HubSpot has many limitations when creating reports, but when we integrate the two, there is no tool that can stop us. It needs to develop tools like ABM, it lags behind in comparison with other similar tools that HubSpot itself recommends us to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot has helped us grow as a B2B SaaS company, we have generated a lot of demand and more and more clients are looking to us to help them with many marketing campaigns. HubSpot is much more intuitive to use and has a broader functionality of tools and solutions.
