What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

With HubSpot we found a place where they have a software that is completely oriented to automate marketing, sales and service processes with the sole purpose of helping us as professionals to develop inbound marketing strategies. Thanks to the fact that it allows us to control our marketing and sales actions in one place without the need to go to another platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software makes all of our tools helpful for: resolving all deals, raising tickets, answering customer questions in real time and helping with email follow-up and two-way communication as well as one of its best features for us is the integration of the chat bot! For immediate customer response and no waiting list as the bot itself responds directly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be very helpful to implement integrated functions, such as alerts and reminders, would make life easier as well as switching between screens, platforms and panels because it is not always intuitive as its drag and drop function for web pages. and a synchronization with Shopify, because several customers may come from that platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can say that this type of software is the most suitable because of its automation that helps us to get interested customers because we are in constant contact so we don't lose it. We also like its ease to review and control tasks and projects. As well as to verify that employees are productive. They are the most suitable for mass emails, for tracking opens so that they work properly.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

The first step would be to automate procedures among the many hubs they provide. Second, the capability to track and examine user and customer activity from the very beginning to the very end. Our ability to identify who we are reaching and who we are not is getting better. The reports function effectively by displaying the origins of new connections, such as offline sources, Salesforce or other connectors, and help us keep track of our new contacts. With the way we can automate it and put it up, A/B testing is very simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I adore Hubspot smart content tool for emails and landing sites since it enables me to offer particular individuals customized information, forms, and graphics depending on various contact lists. The ability to link and evaluate each stage of the purchasing process with a single tool, therefore enhancing the overall consumer experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The complete stack solution has a hefty price tag, and every year they try to charge you for premium level memberships for things that were previously provided in the basic plans. I am aware that Hubspot cares about its customers and that they have improvement goals. I am aware of this because they just distributed a survey to gather detailed input on CTA buttons.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you give it a go and look at some of their classes on using various Hubspot features (it's actually fairly simple to understand and utilize). Start with the sales or marketing center and work your way up from there if you're scared to purchase the complete stack of tools.
