Great functionality, but expensive.

As I mentioned earlier, the overall functionality and reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reporting is the best part of Hubspot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing and what's included in the package. It seems as if we have to continuously pay more for features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you can get by with a less expensive option, I would consider it.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, I can say that this one is exclusive and different because its control over social networks is especially good, since we have the ability to grant access to each employee through HubSpot instead of sharing a password. , and we have the ability to reply/like/retweet directly on the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I admire most about this tool is that it has all the marketing features you need to grow your organization, they are all in one platform, super intuitive, easy to use and have amazing features that we use every day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since we have used this tool I have not found a single bug, rather I can say that this tool is of the best quality, with which we are satisfied.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the reasons we can recommend this tool is that Marketing Hub's sectioning capabilities are extremely useful for anyone who can do it.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
With Hubspot, you can see how your marketing, sales, and customer success departments are all connected. Before adopting Hubspot, we relied on a plethora of non-integrated products, resulting in missed opportunities. Hubspot's finest feature is that it serves as a one-stop shop for all your business needs. In addition, Hubspot has fantastic support services. When working with a tight schedule, having the ability to get a hold of someone via phone in a matter of minutes is invaluable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to small enterprises, Hubspot's most useful feature is undoubtedly its all-in-one functionality. Over the years of using this service, I never once worried that we were overpaying for unnecessary extras. Workflow, support survey, sequence, and content scheduling automation let us perform like a much larger group. There was no limit to the amount of content we could distribute, and no audience we couldn't reach. Also, the support staff is FANTASTIC in every way. It's a big deal in my book when contacting help gets the job done without eating up too much of your time. As a fan of chat assistance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hubspot changes so frequently that my criticisms are quickly rendered moot. Still, it would be great if we could define our own policies for dealing with contact duplication and contact-company relationships. Several of the enterprise-only capabilities, such split testing of landing pages, appear unnecessary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When it comes to marketing automation, HubSpot is ideal for companies of all sizes. Since it's simple to pick up, getting started won't take too much time. HubSpot isn't a good fit for large businesses because of how complicated and personalized its marketing automation procedures are. HubSpot is perfect for small and medium-sized businesses since its pre-built features include everything a company needs to begin marketing immediately.
