Integration abilities, as well as functional design, are what make HubSpot Marketing stand out amongst other competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
CRM is really easy to use and has nice user interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not that I can think of.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jump on it, this is a cool product.

Great solution for smaller companies

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
I like that it has a lot of different features all in one so for smaller organizes this also means less money is spent on tech so it can be a win-win in that situation. In a bigger organization, there are a lot of features that can really help the marketing team with optimizing SEO, landing pages, forms, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From an SEO perspective, I really love the topic clusters and pillar pages that the tool can help you build out. It can be a little tricky to figure out how it works, but once you understand it, it is quite helpful to start building out the pages.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it incorporates some of the Ads accounts, it doesn't incorporate all of them so it can be hard to track if you use Bing Ads for example.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd consider signing up for the free version. It doesn't have everything but gives you an idea of how it works and what the experience is like and whether it is worth pursuing.

Flexible and growing since I started using Hubspot

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
Hubspot has a lot of flexibility and customization that I haven't been able to achieve with other CRM systems. I would run into a lot of things I couldn't do because the system doesn't or can't do that or well, it can if you pay us to develop that for you. With hubspot's ability to create workflows and new data fields as needed, I rarely run into something that I can't do.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I've been using Hubspot since 2014 and the purpose and reasoning for needing Hubspot have changed multiple times. We've been able to adapt the system as we changed focuses without losing functionality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing can get up there quickly based on the number of contacts in the system. If you don't do housekeeping on contacts that really don't need to be there, you're wasting money.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Outline everything that you want the system to do and play with the free hubspot packages first. Include any and all integrations and think forward to what could it do in the future or "add-on" to further advance your organization.
