Great marketing automation tool.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

Creation of customer lists and automation of email campaigns for them. This used to be done manually before. Now everything is automated. The best thing is that I can also easily train someone to take over if I'm not around. We have found that we can fully integrate our social media/email/advertising/CRM and website into one easy to use experience. We've also been able to integrate with ZoomInfo for even easier access to keep our database clean.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The granularity of the analytics we receive in our emails and social media postings appeals to me. The nicest thing about HubSpot is its simplicity and design, as well as the training offered at all stages. The platform is meant for novices first and foremost, thus it is quite simple to grasp. There is also a vast community of like-minded users who are always eager to assist. I've tried a variety of CRM and automation solutions, from entry-level to enterprise-level, and they all have advantages and disadvantages. But I haven't seen any other program provide the amount of support that Hubspot does.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how difficult it is to find an overall metric for a campaign. I enjoy the degree of granularity at which links were visited, but I wish there was also a higher level measure. I'd also want to see the campaigns grouped and linked to processes. It is also costly if you begin using it for full functions. When you start utilizing the tools and grow reliant on them, you start looking into more plugins. Plugins may be highly pricey unless you can reach an arrangement with the supplier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like HubSpot since it has so many capabilities that allow you to view everything in one place. This is an excellent tool for establishing email campaigns, automating communication, and creating landing sites, among other things.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

From an SEO perspective, we now have greater power over the material on our blog and website. We now use Wordpress, but we're in the process of migrating all of our content to HubSpot. HubSpot is a one-of-a-kind tool that's simple to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We mostly use Hubspot for blogging and email marketing; it's a fantastic platform. In terms of structure and execution, it is really simple to use. Data analysis and reporting are also quite precise, which is something I like. Additionally, the information is clear, comprehensible, and trackable from beginning to end (for example, monitoring a lead or contact who has interacted with our material from the beginning to the end of a campaign).

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support staff could need some improvement. Sometimes they provide general responses of what the problem is likely to be, even though we know the proposed repair is already being done/used etc. They don't have a link to correct these problems in the source. Instead of doing each adjustment separately, e.g. adding alt text to missing photos, you must go to that page (after figuring where it is) or blog post and update each one. As an SEO expert, it's tough to rectify problems left by previous team members.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are searching for a tool that can handle all aspects of digital marketing, this is the one you should choose. However, you should be aware that the product's extensive functionality comes at an expensive price.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot Marketing Hub differs from other programs in that it has many interesting and much-needed features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because I use Hubspot Marketing Hub, I can do the vast majority of my professional responsibilities from a single place, which is quite handy. I seldom need to leave Hubspot in order to get my work done, whether it's generating reports and analytics, sending out marketing emails, or setting up automated procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it would be helpful if Hubspot gave team members the ability to approve and comment on elements such as scheduling social media. Loomly had to be purchased since Hubspot does not already provide that capability, and it was essential to have it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use HubSpot, you will have a much more pleasurable experience overall.
