Customer service is apathetic, rude, and responds with a mocking tone to customers over the phone. They are also slow to respond and unhelpful over email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product has some great features for email marketing and marketing automation. The downside to consider is that customer service will not provide any real support.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

The HubSpot SEO tool is its best feature. We didn't invest in links, but thanks to its SEO tool, the company could do SEO Research and identify keywords, both of which were beneficial to our team. Associated with buying HubSpot, we had trouble managing several channels, including emails, social media, and websites, but now it's simple for us to produce, publish, and track.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The HubSpot support team was always there to answer our concerns and address any problems. This additional helping hand gave our organization the confidence to continue working with them. HubSpot assisted us in opening the site quickly—something Google requires a site to do—and as a result, our site traffic rose. Additionally, Marketing Hub allowed our team the freedom to quickly and easily create forms, allowing our sales staff to contact users by email or phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be somewhat limited if your company is complicated or you have a sizable sales crew. You receive a simple CRM solution. Only they offer mail assistance, which is relatively poor for the product. The process of manually entering data and correcting mistakes made by humans. Its score and connectivity with CRMs like Salesforce can be sporadic, and it is not easily scalable to handle more complex feeding programs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is impossible to discuss HubSpot without mentioning its powerful integration features. Most likely, you will be able to combine HubSpot with all the well-known SaaS solutions on the market to create a unique super marketing tool. It's similar to developing a custom solution without needing to write code. Their technical support and knowledge base are superb.

It is simple, easy and user-friendly platform. Users’ do not need to learn to operate it. The functionalities, graphic user interface and layout is flexible and reliable. It gives users’ certificates if they are learning from this platform. One unique feature this platform contains the automatic recording option for the users’. This benefits the users’ greatly because every time they want the recordings of their purchases and work. It offers them ease to have information and recordings all at once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows users’ to have all the information of their clients’ including their phone number, address and name. It allows them to manage sales and marketing development and processes. It allows users’ to register with other sites like Facebook and Gmail. Users’ can check the task status of work or project by just going online.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The blocking feature of this platform does not perform the actual work. It does not viewing work rather it prevents them from interacting. Many of the emails fall under the folder of spam and users’ have no idea about them. The cost of this platform is slightly higher than other applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The blocking feature should be improved and it should meet the users’ requirements. The support system should response frequently. The email notifications should be fast. The cost should be a little low for user convenience.
