What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

You can create different kind of sale, marketing campaigns along with planning activities for improving your customer experience. The tool is friendly and simple to use with a tons of features embedded within it. It can help in generating leads and offers valuable interventions which one make in campaigns to improve the efficacy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the feature to set up automated marketing campaigns and it works like a charm.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Towards the beginning, one may feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of features available on the platform but they have come up with helpful training materials in recent times which is helpful to begin one's journey on HubSpot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a comprehensive CRM tool which you can start using without subscribing, HubSpot is the tool to go for. Later, you can choose to upgrade to a Pro subscription.

The marketing automation workflows are great - very easy to set up, awesome analytics

A bit pricey for startups

To start with the free CRM edition and use it as much as possible, then convert to paid when there are more leads in the database

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

As an inbound sales organization, our company depends on HubSpot for many of our activities, across the whole organization. It solves the matter of having multiple software system programs by consolidating all of them into one. My marketing team uses HubSpot to nurture and track inbound leads and so push them to the sales team. It’s nice as a result of it helps us have everything together, therefore growing our business. I might positively suggest HubSpot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can transfer necessary info to all of my contacts at once, however, the emails don’t seem to be “group” emails. Each person gets a personal email so they are not having to stress about sending a response to two hundred people. The emails seem like they’re only to that particular person, making them feel like they are important. (Not that they aren’t important by any means) It simply makes it additional personal. This can be one of the foremost valuable tools I use, and I use it each DAY!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There extremely isn’t much I don’t like. It’s straightforward to use, very useful and there are numerous different ways that you just will use it. I can’t consider something negative about the program at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The customization and simple automation. You’ll extremely personalize HubSpot to suit your workflows. It’s versatile and the fact that it doesn’t need an admin to run it is great! The sole reason I didn’t put a ten is I want the coverage feature to be a little lackluster as compared to different software systems I’ve used (i.e. Salesforce), however, it gets the task done! Would 100 percent suggest Hubspot CRM! The automation is simple to make yourself and the customization is amazing. Impressed.
