What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
We use HubSpot as our primary marketing platform and integrate with Salesforce CRM, which is the primary platform for our sales and business development teams. Our marketing team uses HubSpot for email, workflow, ads, lead management, qualification, nurturing and some reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that we can drill down to view ads by channel, ad group, campaign and even create and view performance data at each level. Personally, I find it more intuitive than the other MAP Marketo's I know. The main thing HubSpot does well is the breadth of features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am experiencing more limitations in HubSpot reporting compared to Salesforce. I find their page builder relatively difficult to use. I recommend using a landing page builder like unbounce as an add-on to HubSpot. Built for inbound marketing, HubSpot focuses on leads. Now there is ABM functionality, but it is not as developed as the rest of the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub was as a power user responsible for growing B2B SaaS companies ranging in size from 15 to 215 employees. More specifically, my experience with HubSpot is using it to generate all requirements.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
The outstanding features of this marketing platform make it so unique and different from other similar platforms. It is a one-in-all tool that allows us to monitor our social media platforms and do other marketing activities at the same time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to reach many customers by automating our campaigns. I also like HubSpot Marketing Hub because of the reliability of the support department. It has improved our marketing operations drastically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No complains at all when it comes to HubSpot Marketing Hub. HubSpot Marketing Hub has been perfect to us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a perfect marketing software that will take your business to the next level. I highly recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub because it is so reliable.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
I configured HubSpot to generate new leads for the firm by establishing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and then I utilized nurturing flows to nurture these leads and transform them into qualified leads for the sales team to pursue. It's convenient to have all of our contacts in one location. We are gradually synchronizing them and working through our tagging structure, but it will be exciting to watch how they engage with our products and services and to be able to give them meaningful and valuable marketing/communication content.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adore the limitless flexibility and touch points available along the consumer experience. Marketing Hub's capabilities are extensive, but they are also simple to use and do not necessitate advanced technical or development expertise to grasp. Automation tools may assist you in identifying initiatives and nurturing them efficiently, allowing your team members to focus on more important tasks and better manage their time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price increase to Marketing Hub Pro is significant. This pricing barrier can be an issue for smaller firms that haven't gone through accelerator programs, since they require these tools to expand but can't necessarily afford to invest in them right immediately. I wish they had a lower starting fee for the first year.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before utilizing Marketing Hub, I recommend that you finish the HubSpot Academy training classes. The features are wide, and there is plenty to learn, yet the training resources make it extremely simple to grasp. Have an in-house Hubspot "expert" who can assist you on a daily basis and who truly understands the platforms; there are so many options, but you must know how to leverage them.
