What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

The ability to have everything in one place has certainly contributed to the increased productivity and efficiency of our marketing team. We can create automated workflows for customer onboarding and software licensure distribution, assess the success of email campaigns and landing pages, build forms for lead capture, and more. We can also build dashboards to combine data and get a bird's eye view of the success of omnichannel campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When building forms, there is a library of contact fields provided that were used in other lead-gathering activities. The forms sync with our customer database, which is updated with current information at the same time a form for an event or other marketing activity is submitted. In addition, the contact fields can be easily dropped into place and customized, if needed. So, building and publishing a form is quite a quick process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform does require some training, and our team is mostly learning on our own and independently. I wish there was a video onboarding journey or other material to help us get established quickly. However, their technical support team is unmatched. They are really the kindest team that we've worked with, and their support will work with you to solve issues together.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When establishing Hubspot with your team, be prepared to learn constantly. There is so much that can be done with this platform that the sky is the limit for campaign management and connecting with their support team with any questions is the best way to understand each caveat of this platform (especially with workflow triggers!).

It is quite expensive and it charges on the number of marketing contacts you have in HubSpot

Its an awesome product, with loads of features and easy to use anybody who has no experience with this tool can learn quickly compared to other MAT.
