What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is a much easier to use compared to it's competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
So many favorites. Lead scoring, the ability to easily create nice looking emails and marketing newsletters, tracking who clicks into emails and clicks links within those emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Texting SMS marketing is a bit lacking compared to what else is out there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Incredible product for SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise sized businesses. It's very easy to use and has so much functionality to make your marketing and sales teams very successful. Also very solid integrations with other tools!

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
Hubspot marketing hub comes with a large library of integrations. I have found this very helpful in my daily work as integrating Hubspot with other marketing softwares used in my workplace, has helped to unify important work processes. As a result of our integrating Hubspot with other software products and tools, we are successfully bringing data from tools like Google ads, Calendly, Typeform, Facebook ads and others into Hubspot. This is vital for centralizing data generated from customer interactions across different marketing channels into a single location. Thereby enhancing overall marketing planning and execution workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to automate specific marketing tasks and access to critical marketing data for effective data backed decision making, is my favorite part of this software program. We have achieved the aforementioned primarily by taking advantage of Hubspots AI ( artificial intelligence ) marketing toolsets. Deploying Hubspots AI marketing provisions, saves us work time and is making it more convenient to reach customers at scale, across key sales channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Took me a while to learn to use Hubspot marketing hub effectively. I put this on the huge feature-set of the platform. Other than my slow incremental learning experience with this platform, I tend to think I am satisfied to a great extent with everything else which this software has to offer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hubspot marketing Hub is complex and requires would-be users to patiently learn to use the platform effectively. This means the adopting team must spend extra time and resource to train users to use Hubspot.
