Good feature but needs work

What differentiates Hubspot Live Chat from other similar products?
It is a live form of communication which is quite good if the customer is at work and can't phone and they just want to ask a few questions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use and you can input the data quite easy using the tools provided incase the chat does glitch or goes off you still ensure the data from the customer is there.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is sometimes slow and glitches, texting or chatting with a customer can sometimes bring the wrong impression virtually so I still do prefer just to call or speak in person.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learn properly how to use the feature to your advantage .
