What differentiates Hubspot Live Chat from other similar products?
The integration with the CRM and you can use it for free (the CRM and the chatbot) and you can track there your leads; it also is easy to install on your website, and all the functionalities that it offers are great, like, scheduling the times that the users are available when the user is not available will send an automatic response and will send you an email. You can respond from there and another free functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Have a free version that is so complete in different functionalities
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing is almost perfect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To implement in your website ASAP, to track the traffic and leads for your website.

What differentiates Hubspot Live Chat from other similar products?
When it comes to chat button, one can choose between an agent, a chat bot, or a mix of agent and chat bot. As a lead generation tool, Hubspot Live Chat is better than adding Facebook/WhatsApp chat buttons (at least as main chat tool) as adding a social media might not go well with a section of audience. Hubspot Live Chat syncs well whether one is using the same for sales or marketing or support. Segmentation takes care how the email list is created.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nice visual display.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Price is on the higher side.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before buying any Hubspot product, make sure you have a prior planning how to deploy resources. You need to work pricey Hubspot subscription to work for you. Only then you can reap rewards.

What differentiates Hubspot Live Chat from other similar products?
The implementation is smart. It is seamless. The integration with CRM, and how it handles the data is well-structured and amazingly defined.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is how flawless is the flow of data. There has never been a lapse. It provides enough options to customise as per suspected user behaviour, and all of it works accordingly to the configurations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing plans! It is over-priced as compared to the other options available. Even though the intuitiveness is at a different level, the charges for the "Sales Hub" package are a bit over the top.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a free Chat Widget for the website with a robust backend structure. This is it! It comes with CRM integration which never disappoints. Go for it!
