What differentiates HOPEX Platform from other similar products?

Allows you to view in a single repository the integration of all the components of the enterprise architecture

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a tool that integrates information in a single source, without duplication of information, additionally the diagramming for the modeling of the different processes and applications allow the analysis of data through reports

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backend sometimes is very technical but with a good training you can manage it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good training from the beginning

I love the platform, has been really important to the company and I could say that many people in the Organization use Hopex and its portal

Go ahead and buy the product!, It is a fantastic platform to perform activities related to knowledge management

What differentiates HOPEX Platform from other similar products?

Inventory of all the applications and how they relate to each other

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way you can see dependencies between applications. The availability of the CSM and SDM team to address questions, concerns, comments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The visual part of the symbols is not so easy to change including the colors. Connections and/or relationships cannot be changed even if they are enabled for customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be in constant communication with CSM and SDM from the beginning, implementation and administration of the tool, in order to know the good practices to be implemented in the organization.
