What differentiates HOPEX Platform from other similar products?

A fully integarted meta-model that includes a unique service orientened architecture approach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The three core bread and butter elements of any EA discipline; Processes, Applications and Information modelling, HOPEX is just the best i have seen at handling these. No matter what else is offered on top is just a bonus in a my opinion, EA products that do not nail these modelling concepts well with a meta-model that allows re-use across all three disciplines, are not worth considering.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overly complex licence structure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider this product if re-use, collaboration and analytics for decison making is what you need.

Many capabilities stand out but the available training and customer service stands out above other EA tools vendors

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ITs graphical interface is intuitive and consistent

What do you dislike most about this product?

navigation between various roles needs some improvement but over time you will learn its quirks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Provide capital for a training budget and engage a Hopex consultant during your onboarding. It will make things much easier and there are several import features that can be taken advantage of with someone experienced with their use.
