its so easy to build any funner, create any event and segement user

funnel analysis and they autmatically detect where user stops and i can watch recording of that

What do you dislike most about this product?

as small company it is costly for us

it's one of the best product analytics software i've used so far

Lots of customizable reporting. Data segmentation, great insights into the analytics, marketing/sales can make a more informed decision.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UX was easy to navigate

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bit of a learning curve, but works well if you're a large enterprise that analyzes multi data points.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider it only if you have large sets of data to analyze. Think: large e-tailers.
