What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

The tool is VERY flexible and allows you to create a wide variety of queries, graphs and searches.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Unlike other tools you have full control of what you want to query and how it will be displayed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their support system can be pretty slow to resolve issues. But their answers are usually thoughtful and thorough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
