What differentiates HeadSpin from other similar products?

HeadSpin will give you detailed performance metrices how your system behaves. You can also add your own device on their cloud using their "Bring Your Own Device" feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The performance testing. Wherein you can easily record your entire session (maximum of 2 hrs) and you can get the entire performance metrics for it. You can easily read the graphs for e.g. Memory, CPU %, Battery Consumption, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe the availability of the devices since it will be charged per device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HeadSpin gives us the ability to test our games' performance and able to profile it on the devices that real people use everyday. This is extremely helpful for testing the mobile experience, it also helps us identify issues and bugs to our games that consuming high CPU %, Memory %, Battery % consumption, etc. It really saves us time to monitor our games performance on the devices to make sure we can give the best gaming experience to our customers.

What differentiates HeadSpin from other similar products?

I've used several of the online device cloud services, and Headspin really excels at making the mobile device under test feel like a primary design consideration as opposed to being a growth form the original desktop experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is so much data about what is going on. Headspin really allows a developer or tester to dig into issues with the device under test

What do you dislike most about this product?

I genuinely had no complaints. Using Headspin with appium went really smoothly for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

give this a try. It is a really nice platform

What differentiates HeadSpin from other similar products?

The interface is easy to understand. The recording of the test run is easy to understand and gives detail information on which step of the test script were executed. The performance captures are extensive and best in category. It captures a list of 130 features and the benchmark capabilities are unparalleled HeadSpin allows to create test using SMS. The delay in swiping and scrolling is minimal compared to Amazon Device Farm and Samsung developer lab. This allows me to optimize my usage during a session.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Grafana dashboard and benhmarking

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing is on the higher side, device can get slow at times in an on premise set up

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Only API-based locking is available, looking forward to UI-based reservation feature.
