Easy to use!

What differentiates HappyFox from other similar products?
Simple to set up workflows and build changes quickly. New user setup is a breeze and having the ability to access from internet and APP is very helpful. Our new agents notice it is very easy to use and takes minimal training. Contacts being able to check their tickets have eliminated several phone calls for status updates, permitting our agents to focus on work versus fielding calls for updates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The software system is straightforward to use and there are lots of custom fields to create the platform to suit your corporation’s needs. One of the things I prefer best regarding the platform is the dashboard for easy quick-to-date results of how many requests were taken in and taken care of or are still outstanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The toughest part about the platform was setting up everything with implementation. Particularly the e-mail part seemed to be a bit more cumbersome than what they originally stated in the demo. But we got it to work just fine and it was plenty of notifications but the ticketing system worked well for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
HappyFox is incredibly easy to use. My interval has been shortened. We can currently operate more carefully. The software system has been simple to use and is secure without interruption. The rewards of sales support, nice email incorporation, and sensible guidelines that facilitate our improvement daily are outstanding.
