What do you dislike most about this product?

The program should be integrated into self-service portals for easier access. It generates excessive email notifications, which can reduce productivity during the workday. Some employees may struggle to understand or fully appreciate the concept of virtual recognition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to create and run employee reward program that motivates better performance. Guusto can send unlimited rewards to multiple team members to recognize their productivity efforts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features are straightforward to use and the performance has ever been the best.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best tool that can increase production rate and lead to best office practices for most employees in an enterprise. It recognizes employee efforts with the right achievement reward.

What differentiates Guusto from other similar products?

Guusto stands out from its competition becauase of the variety of gift cards you can send to employees, almost all existing gift cards are available on Guusto. In addition, Guusto does not charge additional fees for sending gifts to employees, which means that you can send as many gifts as you want without worrying about paying more than you should. Thank you messages sent to employees are received in real time, which guarantees that each recognition is received.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the way I can closely monitor each of the gifts send to employees, I can send notifications to employees who have not yet redeemed the award, I can know the actual status of receipt and redemption. Guusto automatically collects and analyzes work performance based on the awards, and automatically creates a leaderboard where you can see the most outstanding employees in any area. The prices that Guusto uses for users are very affordable, it is the cheapest employee award software on the market today.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it offers the posibility of using several templates for the design of each gift card, the customization options are very limited in Guusto, since you cannot customize a gift card to your liking, you can only use pre-designed templates. On some occassions our employees have reported that the email received with the gift card has been filtered into the spam folder, and although this has not turned out to be a serious problem for us, they should fix this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend sending constant reminder notifications to employees who have been sent gift cards, since as I mentioned above, sometimes gift cards go directly to the spam folder of the email (this only happens sometimes). By sending constant reminders, you will ensure that each employee receives the reward accordingly.
