What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
I have not worked with similar sales products as Guru.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform has well featured user interface that has self-service dashboard for customers to order and follow the progress of their orders. It is flexible to use and work with this great platform. The customer support team is always ready to give any support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have n ot disliked anything to do with this great platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this platform to any organization for effective and better sales management.

Great way to distribute knowledge

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
Guru is an amazing option for knowledge share and sales enablement. With remote work becoming a huge part of our sales team it has been an even more important option to share and make sure resources are readily and easily available. The display and usability is miles ahead of anyone else in the industry. Guru's ease of use and integrations are by far the best features and one of the other pieces that sets them apart.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quick and easy access to all important sales information is my favorite. The quick search through keywords makes it so simple and fast to find documents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have anything I dislike about Guru at the present moment. It's been such a beneficial tool over the last 3-4 years.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Focus on your important needs for a tool like this ours was knowledge share and speed. We got that. I don't think anyone does it better.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
Guru integration just works and very easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It gets me what I am looking for, with related articles suggested to me if it doesn't have what I need
What do you dislike most about this product?
I need to log in to it all the time. But I guess it's because of our IT restrictions on our devices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for easy access to internal articles for your end-users, this is the best tool to use. Most especially if you are using mostly web-based tools in the job.
