What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?

GreytHR is the one of the simplest HR and self-serivce portal. the best part which differentiates greytHr is the integration capabilities of all other third-party SSO serivces and other Payrol related services. my company configured it for all the HR related stuff and a self-service portal and we can go there to apply for the leaves, we look for the available leave balances. a part from this i can view and download the salary slips and other compensation related informtion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

gretyHR has nice user experience and response. portal is secured because we have integrated it with OKTA. it is important because it holds the confidential information which an individual never wanted it to reveal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

NO dislikes till date, everything works fine for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i would highly recommend gretyHr for self-service and Human resource management related portal, it works perfectly.

What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?

The feature that differentiates greytHR from other similar products is the radius targeting for marking the attendance employees on field or employees coming to office can mark attendance only when they're in a specified pre defined radius, which gives a proper transparency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favourite aspect is payroll management as the employees don't require to mail HR officials for salary slips or even mail for leaves, one can directly do that from greytHR portal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing major to dislike about the product sometimes it takes a lot more time to load which simply means it needs a faster internet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who has large scale employees or less employees can use this software for efficient tracking, payroll management, employee documentation management and so much more.

What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?

Employees can easily login with ID Number without having to go through email or phone number login process. greytHR is better than most others in terms of Localization and compliance for Indian market, End-to-end HR and payroll management, and Employee self-service portal where each employee can monitor their personal provisions including leave update etc. It is just simpler and better for local companies.

Tracking of Leave Balance Application of Leave and Approval is seamless here Easy access

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has limited features unlike the robust peers in the market.

If you a startup, then start with this and you can definitely grow to migrate to a more scalable platform.
