The best tool to collect surveys.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
With its straightforward user interface, Google Forms supports a variety of question formats. Even so, I can override Google’s attempt to infer the question type from the query. It is simple to add a row to a Google Sheet for every response to my form, enabling subsequent processing or analysis. It’s capable of automatically gathering email addresses from a domain. I may configure a form that has been shared with users in my domain to automatically gather the users’ email addresses without requiring them to manually enter them. Makes it simple to check to see if every student has completed the form.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to target certain demographics and geographic places is one of Google Forms’ notable advantages. Rather than depending on a random sample, this allows me to gain insights from the people I’m interested in. The survey design procedure is simple and clear, with a variety of question kinds and formatting options accessible. The results can be exported and evaluated in a variety of formats, including graphs and pivot tables. I believe there should be a way to add a name block to Google Forms without it being counted as a question.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is currently no method to obtain an audio response via Google Forms. Only logged-in users can upload files. If the people filling out the form do not have their own Google account, it is impossible to set up a Form that allows for file upload. I think it would be fantastic if we could view the question numbers. Allow for simpler sharing of quiz and exam results with colleagues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, Google Forms is a dependable and efficient tool for gathering information and gaining insights. It is especially well-suited for individuals seeking input from a specific set of people, and the platform’s customization features make it simple to design surveys tailored to my needs.
