We use it to gather information both internally and externally. we use Google Forms for events registrations, to generate feedbacks in surveys and to record metrics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to quickly create templates for gathering information in a format that is familiar to all. I love that Google Forms is easy to customize questions and branding to much our theme.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The variety of templates are limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent choice to use to gather data with simple questions from clients and your team. It is also easily accessible to most people.

We used it once for awards in the workplace, and it was a flawless procedure to acquire a free, fair, and unbiased vote from the workers. Forms' connectivity with one's Google account is great, and when worded properly, you can elicit the necessary comments from users of the Form.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy using this tool because it makes it easy for me to design and create forms while maintaining the default formats, improving the form's appearance and quality when creating a brief one, as well as estimating statistics and learning what other people think, which is the most crucial and crucial aspect. The best thing about Google forms is how well they integrate with Google Sheets. It is incredibly affordable and simple to set up (free).

What do you dislike most about this product?

All Google forms require a web browser to function. There aren't many alternatives for me to customise my surveys and forms. Even if you simply need to make minor changes, creating a new form is simpler than editing or reusing an existing one. 10 questions maximum per survey. Because Google forms are neither mobile friendly or optimised, response rates are lower. This software might be made better with a mobile app, additional customizability options, and more security. Overall, more features are required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can now ask our 500+ staff questions and quickly receive their answers thanks to Google Forms. When we distribute a Google form, we also get more responses than we anticipated. It is fantastic especially when it is worded correctly so you can receive the proper response from other users of the form, and I think that is why we always get more answers than we expected because they are so simple to use. I advise everyone to use this software because it completely changes the dynamic of the game.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

First, it is easy to create new surveys and is as fast as just clicking the Google Forms option from your Gmail account. I like the fact that it can be used by any person.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The natural integration with the Gsuite apps. As a business leader, it is practical to have a survey created that feeds information to a data spreadsheet that will later be used with Google Data Studio for data analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's UI is not best, there are other tools that have better visual templates to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are used to Gsuite, don't hesitate to try the forms, it is very practical and intuitive.
