It allows to create forms with your own questions and use it as a survey, then use the findings to analyze the data.

I can analyze the data, see who sent a response and work with it

Nothing, it's perfect for me

It's brilliant to ensure that you can ask targeted questions in multiple different formats and then allows for analysis to find trends to help your business

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Ease of use, cost of purchase, safety and security, ease of integration and installation, technical support are amongst the few points whre Google forms differentiate as compared to other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use and operate. Answers can be clubbed and make a statistical analysis for the answers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't have advanced features of reminders and also bit difficult to configure with emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Google forms to anyone who is looking for such products, as it is very easy, cost effective and mind blowing product.
