Google form reducing the development cost and easy to use.easy to build the survey and collect the data.no limitation on the form.file upload future is good.

File upload future is helping to collects the files and low cost.make survey more easy.

My own experience Google form helping to collect the datas more easy.there is no disadvantage.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The tool is easy to use and does not require any subscription to use this tool. Also, Google forms are secure to use where every response and surveys can only be accessed with a password and with admin access

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the integration of this tool with other tools like Live chat tool where we are able to send automatic survey collection link when the chat is closed this is saving me time sending survey link to clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any issue with the tool and I am very happy with every feature of the tool, However, it is hard to create export visual and graphical data from Google forms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend this tool reason that it is free to use
