What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is simple to use. Additionally, neither my users nor my clients had to strain to comprehend the directions, complete the forms, or traverse the pages. Building forms, exploring alternatives, and setting up the data management system are all simple processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The appearance and feel of a Google Form are not very flexible. On both our internal intranet and website, we embed several forms. They are all similar to Google Forms. They are not lovely, but neither are they awful. There aren't many alternatives for the form's outcome. For instance, it would be fantastic if a.pdf could be automatically filled out using the form's responses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms are superior to practically all others, in my opinion. It is easy to explore, set up, and utilize. Customization keeps you appearing professional regardless of whether your company is well-established or not, and the setup puts it at the top, in my opinion, because you never get thrown out of the app, and it's free, making it even more appealing.

Unlike others, making your form or survey and rearranging the questions as required is also a breeze. Google forms are user-friendly and effective for conducting primary surveys. It's simple to pick up and use and lets us create forms with various fields without learning any code. This tool is user-friendly, whether you need to make a form or fill one out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This program imposes several restrictions. When an internet interruption is experienced, the forms must be restarted from the beginning, regardless of how far along the replies may be. It's a bit of a letdown that you can only choose from a handful of fonts, sizes, and colors. Having constantly to be connected to the internet is a high cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In cases when the survey's criteria and expected outcomes are simple, Google Forms is the way to go. It is easy to create a survey, complete with questions and responses, rearrange sections, and distribute it to respondents. You can get the most out of your data by combining it with Sheets, which Forms connect seamlessly. It's the most excellent and most straightforward solution.

One feature that appeals to me is the option to self-grade by including an answer key. Conveniently, I can rearrange the questions, adding new ones relatively quickly. I particularly like how I can export the survey results to a CSV file for easy organization and reference. I can make user interfaces for these surveys quickly. Notifications of survey completion are also a handy feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google's survey tools are limited to primary data collection and presentation. Design and feature-based customization possibilities are minimal. The templates offered are pretty basic. This tool may not be enough if you need to analyze survey replies for hidden patterns and create intricate metrics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms is excellent if you need a simple survey or form for your business or group. It's a perfect tool for doing surveys and analyzing data, and you can also use it to make questionnaires and quizzes, which you can then easily administer to your team.
