I like how Gloat has a fantastic user interface and user experience which minimises the employees effort to log their experience, skills and development goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing in particular! Everything is great with Gloat!!

It is an Intuitive product which went beyond our expectations, it has responsive team so I highly recommend it!
