Ease of use and scalabilty.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The configuation/administration part of the product is so easy to use and its configuration is self explainable . This enables us to provide an awesome user friendly product to our clients

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hardware Asset Management

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ITSM tool will is a joyh for admins to configure and support whilst the end user experience is fantastic and easy to use.

I love how low of a barrier to entry there is to learn the product

It at times can be slow, which in turn slows down workflows
