User friendly , but less reliable than QBO & Xero.

What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?

Very user-friendly for business owners.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Invoicing & Expense tracking is very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not GAAP compliant. Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reports aren't reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hire a bookkeeper/Accountant for the adjusting journal entries. It needs a lot of analysis & clean ups other than categorizing to right accounts.

What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?

I think the interface and the analytics the fresh books provides is literally amazing that cannot be compare with any-other software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is perfect as it is although i want to add point here which is they should optimise their reporting side.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much but yeah there are some areas that can be improved and one them is their reporting side.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improve the reporting side and make it easy for user’s to enter their financial data so quick.

Creation invoices is automated and sends reminders to the customers in a very real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

FreshBook is friendly and has invoices templates which can be adjustable and missing fields can be added.

What do you dislike most about this product?

FreshBook is definitely good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has friendly interface.
