What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?

Our accounting services and processes are managed through the constant help of FreshBooks, an accounting tool that is responsible for keeping in order and securely each of our accounts in our company, FreshBooks started with us in view of the problem of keeping automated all our accounting part, and we found a great platform that greatly facilitates the work of our entire department, making us more productive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The creation of invoices for customers is one of the main advantages of FreshBooks, every automation it has allows the company to save time, also we have not presented accounting errors that can cause headaches, therefore, we have a lot of confidence in the tool. The software captures the time used to perform the jobs allowing to have more tracking and providing important data to the human talent department.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes we have had problems with some integrations to receive payments from customers making us have to resort to other options to receive this money which is a bit annoying as it is a very simple option and could be corrected. It does not handle a good inventory system which also leads us to have to turn to other tools, the truth is that we would like to have all this series of functions in a single software to centralize the information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Aimed really at small businesses FreshBooks is a great accounting tool for many business models, each of its invoices and accounting processes are well protected and perfectly executed, although it may take a little time to get it running stably when workers get used to this is no longer a problem and begin to be more productive, we believe it is a software with great potential to exploit.

What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?

This is a very easy to use software, well above its competition, because it allows us to keep in a comfortable and understandable way all the accounting and invoicing of our sales. Its automatic invoicing is very useful, especially with frequent customers, as it saves time and avoids errors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think this software is great, because it has all the tools you need to keep in order the accounting of the company. I like that it allows you to calculate taxes directly from the software and even make the payment. There is also an automatic payment module, avoiding delays in payments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software would be complete if they allowed payments, such as PayPal and other payment methods. It would also be ideal to be able to send customers their invoices, beyond the fact that they enter the page and view them online, although no customer has complained about it. Otherwise, I think your latest update is very complete and we are satisfied with the program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

So far it is the most intuitive and easy to understand accounting and finance software we have used in the department. It is very easy to keep up to date with invoicing, outstanding payments, taxes and all sales. You really don't need to be a financial expert to understand it, so it is ideal for any type of business.

FreshBooks offers a comprehensive, intuitive and engaging double-entry accounting experience that supports invoices and estimates; expenses; time tracking; and projects; automates day-to-day accounting activities, namely invoice creation, payment acceptance, expense tracking, billable time tracking and financial reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Features and plans designed for all freelancers, even if you're on the go. Solutions and plans designed to empower freelancers. Features and plans designed for firms with multiple contractors. Robust features and customized plans for scaling businesses with multiple employees and teams of accountants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If work is only assigned to one client, without the project tag, it will be lost in invoice creation without the user realizing that those hours are unaccounted for. It would be nice if FreshBooks interacted with Quicken or QuickBooks, if you don't use all the features of FreshBooks, it's a bit expensive for what you get, unless you only have a few clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an online accounting and invoicing service that saves you time and makes you look professional, it takes invoicing out of your hands and puts it on autopilot. Set up automatic billing, online payment options and late payment reminders to get paid twice as fast.
