What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When I combine Freshbooks with our accounting team, the quality of work is much higher. The total expense is modest and predictable for my company. The huge swings in monthly expenses that come with hourly accounting are a thing of the past.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you need more help with software for time tracking, etc., Freshbooks can be a bit pricey. Time tracking is all I need from my employees. Compared to other software that simply tracks time, this one costs three times more per employee.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No one at Freshbooks believes they are qualified to be an accountant. For small business owners, Freshbooks is a must. People whose jobs require them to handle accounting tasks late at night before they can rest during the day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most striking things that I have not seen is other CRM or Invoice Software, is the current and unparalleled condition it has for setting up invoices, it is highly innovative and is something that will for sure make you look like a big and modern company to your clients. Very accomplished, its integration with quite a lot of banks to keep track of your expenses. You manage to keep the balance in an easy and simple way you manage to create invoices without so many complications, it has a great customer support that are always ready to answer questions and solve problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks an email that notifies the customer; it should contain a PDF with the invoice, adding the link to go to the page and view the invoice online. Also to be able to add a payment method such as PayPal, which is useful for customers to subscribe to their PayPal account and pay the invoice directly; it is more concrete for accounting, but it is still useful for marketing. The bank reconciliation is a bit embarrassing to understand as they should improve on that aspect and be a bit simpler.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is simpler to use as it records expenses in real time, it is very neat to make your own expense and profit account for work, it is the ideal package for a small business to undertake and arrange accounting, invoicing and customer revenue. the interface with Fundbox is useful. Once you send an invoice, it shows up in Fundbox, this helps with positive cash flow. It is good to have 24/7 availability by email and they respond quickly.
