Close deals faster with eSign Genie! eSign Genie is a very easy, affordable, secure and legally binding HIPAA compliant esignature solution. Helpful features include : Reusable templates to save time, ability to send one or more documents together for esignature(s), audit trail and certificate of completion, attachments such as photos, drivers license, in-person signing, bulk sending for esignatures (i.e. permission slips), online form/embedding code easily for non-techies to integrate esignatures into your website, using eSign Genie REST APIs to integrate with your website or application, integration with Google Drive and Dropbox.

What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

The flexibility of Foxit eSign is one of its best features. It is designed for businesses of all sizes so you can pick and choose the features you require. This way, you avoid paying for extras that you will not use. Plus, Foxit is known for being reliable and secure which really gives me peace of mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part about Foxit eSign is how easy it is to use. The interface is really simple so both I and my clients can navigate it without any headaches. I also love the customization options like creating templates and adding my branding. It makes everything look professional and saves me a lot of time. The security features are another big plus keeping my documents safe with audit trails and certificates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I wish was better is the mobile app. The web version is fantastic but I find the mobile app could use more features for those times when I am on the go also a little more functionality would make a big difference.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a reliable and simple electronic signature tool, I highly recommend Foxit eSign. It is an excellent choice for any business because it can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Just keep in mind that if you require advanced analytics or a large number of third-party integrations, you may want to look into other options. But overall, this tool can make your load less.
