The system is user-friendly, with the capacity to simplify a complicated operation, and the Experiture staff has always been available to offer new thoughts and involve us as well as our customers in order to give the optimum solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Experiture's supporting team addressed issues in our company by assisting us in gaining direct exposure to statistics on our webpage that we had previously been unable to access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment, very few as we are fresh users and have been really pleased with our experience so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With this kind of a platform, it is easy to carry out the tasks easily for there is automation and also fasten the process,It perfects the online marketing through the social media linking the business to the customer,also allows to have strong campeigns of the products through the same plaform.

It is highly customizable. Has robust campaign capabilities. Helps to overcome online marketing challenges. It is easy to receive reports and feedback from the customers via emails and chats.

Experiture is a cloud platform for marketing that provide great business structures that are designing and deployed along the whole marketing workflow that betters business to business or business to customers relation, it enhances many channels to reach out to the customer such as emails, call, SMS, etc making the relationship easier. Marketing automation that is enhanced by this software makes it faster to offer better services to our customers at the right time helping acquire new customers and also maintain those we already have. the ability to have conversations and feedback also improves our customer relations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a good personalization when it comes to the medium find it easy to use through emails SMS, social and others that are readily usable by many of the customers thus easy to reach at any time. It has a great capability strength on campaigns It automatically does the work thus fast and is less time-consuming.
