What differentiates Egnyte from other similar products?

Egnyte has major advantages like hybrid cloud storage, combining cloud and offline storage, enterprise-level security, and compliance with data governance protocols. Due to its access of integration with other common used tools, it is proved to be a solution for secure collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most appealing feature of Egnyte is its hybrid cloud solution, where the on-premises storage can be combined with various levels of cloud capabilities; thus it will be excellent for business with serious security or compliance requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I least appreciated from Egnyte is that some of its features especially some of the third partly software interfaces together with customization of the program can be somehow tricky to implement and may need some trials by the professional before being implemented. This often proves to be a challenge especially for the small teams or organization that may not afford to hire IT professional.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When considering Egnyte, make sure its hybrid cloud model aligns with your security and compliance needs. Review its products to ensure they suit your requirements, set a budget for training or any support you need, and consider possible issues during installation. Overall its good product, you can go for it without any hesitation.

What differentiates Egnyte from other similar products?

This tool allows to keep your data on cloud as well as on local drive that help us to manage the data and easy for collaboration. This tool is highly scalable which allow us flexible collaboration that helps to choose between cloud, on-premises or hybrid environment. Its user interface make it usable for both technical and non-technical.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Egnyte is its hybrid cloud architecture. This features allows me to keep sensitive data in-house while also using the cloud storage. It is the best solution since data protection and management does not have to sacrifice the benefit of cloud collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike most about Egnyte is that there are some features such as integrations and customization options, sometimes can be a little complex to initially setup and may even require additional technical experience and support. Its technical support requires improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best tool for file sharing and collaboration. If anyone needs hybrid cloud solution for data security and compliance then got for it.
