What differentiates Egnyte from other similar products?

I find Egnyte to be a really great and easy-to-use information management system. It stands out for its intuitiveness in the platform and in each of its tools, providing effective and bold functions, allowing the exchange, storage and management of documents to be a really simple task since I started using it. It allows better collaboration between teams and different departments within my work, it creates an assertive communication space and organizes all our information, so that we always find what we are looking for. Without a doubt, the best thing about the platform is the power of accessibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Egnyte provides a secure system to manage all our files, with a large cloud storage space that guarantees protection for our data, being flexible when it comes to accessing our information. It provides the ability to share files between different departments and within our work team, making this function easier. Synchronization occurs in real time and is updated on each of the devices. Egnyte simplifies the task of collaborative work, making this process a simpler step by allowing the uploading, downloading and sending of documents in an efficient way. It provides a simple and surprisingly intuitive interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On some occasions we have faced problems in the navigation of the administration panel, it can become a little slow and it takes a while for it to resume its proper function. It has some drawbacks when integrating it with other applications that would allow us to complement the work of document management, it would facilitate being able to integrate other tools with Egnyte to synchronize files and that this would significantly expand our range of work. Otherwise, I don't find any other problems, Egnyte has been just what we needed, and the development of the platform for my daily work has adapted very well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Egnyte allows you to secure information, maintain a safe and friendly space to store, manage and share files. It is definitely worth implementing Egnyte within the work space, it makes our work easier and allows our work to be more optimal since we implemented it.

The interface is user friendly and easy to use. Ability to customize to fit the organization need. Allows easy sharing of files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fast file access and retrieval. Great foe collaboration of work for teams. Downloading using password is possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some files takes alot of time to download.

It is an ideal tool for large file sharing. It is secure and reliable.

What differentiates Egnyte from other similar products?

I may provide particular privileges for share, view, and edit modes in Egnyte. As a result, no one can access our files. Egnyte enables me to send enormous files to clients without the need for particular file sharing permissions. Egnyte has also evolved into a critical internal tool for rapid file exchange. This approach solves the issue of gathering sensitive financial information from customers. They can upload files straight to a folder I've set up in Egnyte. This saves me a significant amount of time, and if the files are posted to Egnyte, I don't have to download and save them from emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Egnyte is an excellent cloud platform that enables everyone in our organization to access project files and information without relying on anybody else. I also like that I can share certain file folders with clients. I like the fact that I can access it via the web, the Android app, and the excellent integration with Windows 10. I enjoy how Egnyte added a new functionality that lets you include the document title in the URL. It makes it far easier to locate files after a link has expired. It is very simple to upload open files to the Egnyte website by dragging and dropping them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest issue I'm having is storing the Access database in the Engyte folder. Access reports that the database is corrupted around once a week. My database is on OneDrive, while everything else is on Egnyte. You may encounter difficulties in releasing the file for the customer to upload the document. Aside from that, I believe the network does not always load quickly enough, as proven by multiple users, and that when we try to receive/download a file and it takes a long time to download, there is an issue with the server's download speed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Egnyte is an excellent file sharing program, particularly if you work in numerous locations, with multiple clients, and with different technologies such as Windows and Mac. Organizing by folders makes it much easier to collaborate with yourself and others. External access to individual users' files/folders is totally up to them, and it can be arranged as needed for files that are not shared within the firm.
