One software suits all needs under single pane is the main differentiator, product enhancements, bug fixes and new features are added periodically

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OneAgent deployment and ease of managing the monitoring infrastructure

What do you dislike most about this product?

Invest in UI/UX to bring in more value add

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dynatrace is great app monitoring software for all infrastructure related needs and is now a great part of all project deployments as a niche security monitoring need. Easy to tweak and drploy based on triggers for critical versus non-critical systems. Notification system is designed to detect red flags versus false alarms

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

It has been an amazing experience! Just jump. There is no need to think about it. They stand behind their product to ensure that you get the most out of it and that the tool delivers exactly what they say.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it, the ability to build automation into the system, the dedicated support staff, and the expertise that comes close to the sales pitch are the three things I value most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited platform-based engagement tracking outside of D1P, lack of ownership of university space for enablement, and some confusing features are issues with extensions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am very impressed by the technical help and chat. Turning an argument into a fully supported case is where things get complicated. It could still use some improvement in this area. I was hoping this would be a lot easier.
