What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

The finish of the solution is very well done & straightforward. I really like their support approach as well where you can get feedback rapidly. also, the single-agent install and simplicity of that make it a top choice for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Installing this solution is very very simple one agent allows for a first install. It then automatically monitors my systems and sends alerts via email to me when there are issues. I am using this daily now from a website report.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how I only just discovered this solution! It has given me a lot of aid me immediately. Maybe some way to install a local agent to connect everything locally instead of only web options would be a good addition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This helps to try to identify slow performance and helps in capturing exactly the causes behind it allowing a continuous good service
