It leverages hypermodal AI (Davis), combining predictive AI to anticipate future behaviors, causal AI to deliver precise answers and intelligent automation, and generative AI to automatically provide recommendations, create suggested workflows or dashboards, and let people use natural language to explore, solve, and complete tasks.

One software suits all needs under single pane is the main differentiator, product enhancements, bug fixes and new features are added periodically

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OneAgent deployment and ease of managing the monitoring infrastructure

What do you dislike most about this product?

Invest in UI/UX to bring in more value add

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dynatrace is great app monitoring software for all infrastructure related needs and is now a great part of all project deployments as a niche security monitoring need. Easy to tweak and drploy based on triggers for critical versus non-critical systems. Notification system is designed to detect red flags versus false alarms
