What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

The reporting feature is simple and easy to use. It includes sample reports, and we had no trouble producing a large number of ad hoc reports as well. We may export the information from Dynamics to various formats for additional study. Thanks to the Asset Management module's excellent performance, we could have all the assets captured into the system, and their depreciation completed correctly and on schedule.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A fantastic tool for scheduling and making work processes viable is Dynamics 365. We can interact with each member of our employees in an expert manner, thanks to Dynamics 365. The simplicity of integration was the most excellent aspect of purchasing Dynamics 365. Together, all of the applications and web tools function flawlessly. We never experienced any compatibility problems and didn't take much time integrating other systems into Dynamics 365.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When an update is released, it is difficult for beginners or students to use. It requires extensive customization before it can be used. The portable sign-in application is overly mild—a prolonged reaction time. First-time clients may find it challenging due to unreasonable windows, tabs, and screens. It requires a better menu. It only supports applications that use Internet Explorer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilizing Excel templates created by Dynamics to import data and avoid starting from scratch is pretty simple. Additionally, the system is relatively simple to modify without the requirement for programming expertise. Sales, marketing, finance, field service, customer support, and operations are all in one location, but if you encounter any problems, you may get in touch with the staff.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

We used it for a small customer, whose whole client list was contained in an Excel spreadsheet. Even his sales crew is happier with the new and improved technology, which provides him with much more control. Dynamics 365 is a completely unique application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how simple it is to add additional forms, dashboards, views, and fields to the system. One of the tools, dubbed Advanced Search, is excellent at evaluating data. An excellent tool for tailoring views to specific users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few things I don't like about the new sales hub capabilities, such as not being able to access system customization and an advanced search tool. The sales hub does not allow you to conduct processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With this technology, it's easier to do sales and marketing that focus on the customer. It's more beneficial for big and medium-sized businesses alike.
